225 hp nu e putin deloc.
renault are o mare problema: o oarecare lipsa de renume in domeniu.

tu nebuno tu, zapacito, te sparg, te-ndoi ... m-am sucit ... si tot sugi si tot bagi si tot sugi ... daca nu e tare, cred ca o frec degeaba ... de meserie sunt frumoasa. si sunt modesta, dar vreau sa se stie .. înaltă, blondă și cu sânii mari ... sunt cu mașina la spălătorie.

:fftopic:spoon, cam multe afirmatii de "bagare in seama" in contul tau. Inca citeva si te propui singur pentru BAN.


Pentru clasa masinii si pentru ce vrea ea sa fie este foarte bine. Si mai ales daca se tine cont ca va fi FWD. Cred ca Renault a facut bine ca nu a cautat sa obtina "max power" din motorul ala. Daca vor tine sub control greutatea masinii si daca tuneaza serios suspensia, masina o sa tina piept la multe contracandidate.

ssilviu, de ce sint putini 225 cp?? Focus RS cu 215 cp scoate timpi pe tur de circuit mai bine ca WRX STi de 265 cp...

pai 2T au astia pe evo, si are 300cp, dar fiabilitatea lasa de dorit. totusi parca au anuntat o putere mai mare la prototip, care am uitat cat era, dar scrisesem pe aici. imi aduc aminte de 260hp, poate fac vreo confuzie. dar iar era problema pretului prea mare.

The Renault Sport version of the Renault Megane, has been unveiled at the 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show. Available in both three-door Sport Hatch and five-door Hatch configurations, the Megane Renault Sport 225 will be powered by a new 2.0 Turbo engine developed by Renault Sport outputting 225 bhp to the front wheels.

Entering the highly competitive lower-medium hot hatch sector, the new Megane Renault Sport 225 will challenge a wide range of rivals by offering the agility, speed and driving pleasure of a hot hatch combined with the comfort and refinement of a grand touring model.

The New Megane Renault Sport 225�s 2.0 Turbo engine is a development of the 165 bhp turbo engine available in other Renaults and offers high power over a wide speed range, while the car has a double-axis strut rear suspension, guaranteeing efficiency and precision of handling.

The beauty of the "beast"

Megane Renault Sport 225 retains the styling of New Megane while adding a number of subtle but elegant sporting elements. It repeats the fundamentals of the Renault Sport design with wrap-round bumpers, more prominent foglamps and large air-intake and outlet grilles, plus centrally-mounted twin-pipe rear exhaust, similar to the New Clio Renault Sport V6 255.

Additional elements characteristic of the versions developed by Renault Sport � a discreet spoiler on the rear hatch and large diameter 18-inch alloy wheels � contribute both to the dynamic styling and the efficiency of the car. Inside, the modern, streamlined design of New Megane is prominent, with sporting touches to the dashboard and the gear lever console.

The pedals and the footrest also feature an aluminum finish.

The steering wheel and driver's seat have multiple adjustments so that every driver can find their ideal driving position. The front seats, with their pronounced curves, have special side supports on both cushion and backrest.

Megane Renault Sport 225 has a host of technical features such as tyre pressure monitoring, cruise control and speed limiter, electrochromic rearview mirror, plus automatic headlamps and wipers. Xenon headlamps, whose light output is twice that of halogen bulbs, are also available. Megane Renault Sport 225 is also equipped with the Hands-Free Renault Card, an audio unit built into the facia with four speakers distributed around the cabin, and as an option, Carminat Advanced Navigation.

A powerful engine with a wide torque curve

Using as its base the turbocharged 2.0 16V engine available in the company�s top-of-the-range models, Renault Sport has developed a high-performance version which remains easy to use in everyday driving. Its output of 225 bhp and 300 Nm of torque is achieved thanks to changes to key items such as the turbo and the engine�s reciprocal components. With 90% of its maximum torque available between 2,000 and 6,000 rpm, the engine provides strong and continuous power up to the highest speeds. The engine exhaust has also been developed to provide a truly pleasing note, with a special twin-outlet system.

The six-speed manual gearbox allows the engine�s performance to be fully exploited while reducing fuel consumption and noise levels during long journeys. While possessing performance of the highest order, with an acceleration time of 6.5 sec to 62 mph and 26.7sec to cover 1 kilometer from a standing start, Megane Renault Sport 225 provides excellent efficiency with fuel consumption of 32.1 mpg in the combined cycle and CO2 emissions of 209 g/km.

The New Megane Renault Sport 225 will go on sale in the first half of 2004.

Focus 2.0i Duratec ST este 27107(tti) cu numai 173 cp :D
Seat leon 1.8/125 sport 17287(tti) are 125 cp ;)
Leon 1.8T 20V cupra R la 32478(tti) are 210 cp :( parca asa mai merge, dar pana la 225...
Skoda octavia RS are 180 cp dar nu stiu pretul ;)

DA DA DA!! 225 de cai sunt o herghelie impresionanta pentru un sofer, indiferent ca masina e japoneza sau europeana.
Totusi, o masina sport nu se masoara numai in cai putere. Asta e parerea mea.
Ca dovada, BMW M3 care are 343 de cai si Mazda RX8 cu 260 de cai il bate pe circuit cu aproape 2 secunde daca nu ma insel.
Deci, numaratul cailor se face pe hartie si sportivitatea masinii se face pe traseu.
Acum, Renault a facut o masina despre care, personal, nu am auzit sa fi facut vreun timp pe circuit sau sa fie comparata cu vreo sportiva deja existenta. Poate a auzit cineva de pe forum si imi spune si mie ca tare sunt curios!

In aceeasi situatie se afla si Mitsubishi Evo 7 care il intrece pe M3 pe circuit.
Sunt un fan inrait BMW dar iata ca numarul cailor nu e decisiv.
Si daca nu ma insel Mazda RX8 il ia pe BMW M3 si la 0-100!

Ai, fara suparare dar ceea ce scrii tu acolo, in calitate de maretz fan bemebe, ne arata ca totusi cunostintele tale despre marca bavareza sunt limitate. Mai studiaza ce poate un eM trei.

Continuing the sporting tradition of the Renault 5 Turbo, Alpine, Spider and Clio V6, all of which made their marks on European race tracks over the last 25 years, the M�gane Trophy - unveilled at next week's Paris Motor Show - is set to take to the grid in 2005. Renault designers have taken the M�gane Renaultsport 225 and refined its sleek lines to come up with a silhouette racer resembling the awesome German touring cars. It�s bodywork - lowered by a full 10 centimetres - widened wheel arches and rear diffuser combine to give the 155mph plus M�gane Trophy incredible looks and a powerful stance. Renaultsport�s latest offering pulls out all the stops to deliver a powerful product with single-seater values. Its tubular chassis, mid-engined V6 powerplant and semi-automatic gearbox make this a top level racing machine. The 3.5-litre V6 engine fitted to Espace and Vel Satis powers the engine of the M�gane Trophy but in this case, the unit develops more than 320hp and features semi dry sump lubrication. The Megane's electronic control system is by Magneti-Marelli and covers all engine, gearbox and automatic clutch management functions plus the data acquisition that is essential for drivers and engineers to unleash every fraction of the car's performance. Driveability is also enhanced by the specially-designed Michelin tyres, while stopping power comes courtesy of ventilated discs with six-pot callipers at the front and four-pot at the rear. In dynamics terms, strong power-to-weight ratio and wind-tunnel developed aerodynamics, make M�gane Trophy comparable with some GT racers. Next spring, around 30 M�gane Trophy racers will feature in a championship covering eight European race meetings with two races at most venues. After its grand unveiling on the Renault Comp�tition stand of the Paris Motor Show (Hall 7.2), the M�gane Trophy will be given an initial shakedown at the end of October before the first development tests get underway in November.

4x4 e o utopie pentru ca ar trebui schimbata suspensia spate complet. Oricum RS nu e chiar asa "ingrijita" si echilibrata cum e Clio 170.
