Imi pare rau, dar Memory Stick au maxim 256MB... Daca vrei 1GB inseamna ca vrei Memory Stick PRO sau PRO Duo.

Pai de aia zic si eu... Multa lume zice "memory stick" la stick-urile de memorie pe USB = flash stick. E chestie de denumire. Un stick pe USB e altceva... Memory Stick (in variantele sale care sunt vreo 4: MS, MS Duo, MS Pro, MS Pro Duo) arata cam asa:

intre timp am gasit si am luat, 2 gb = 250 ron.

"memory stick" inseamna un singur lucru, nu usb flash, nu sd card, nu altceva. parerea mea ™.

@jaffar: cu regret nu ai dreptate. Memory stick are formele zise de mine mai sus. Daca scula ta nu suporta ProDuo si tu iei asa ceva, nu ai ce face cu el. Nu am intrebat de nebun.

daca am luat de 2gb si merge, inseamna ca suporta nu ?

This article is about Memory Stick, Sony's proprietary memory card format. "Memory stick" is also occasionally used to refer informally to USB flash memory drives.

Sony 128 MB Memory Stick with MagicGate support.Memory Stick is a removable flash memory card format, launched by Sony in October 1998 [1], and is also used in general to describe the whole family of Memory Sticks. This family includes the Memory Stick Pro, a revision that allows greater maximum storage capacity and faster file transfer speeds; Memory Stick Duo, a small-form-factor version of the Memory Stick (including the Pro Duo); and the even smaller Memory Stick Micro (M2).

The original memory stick was available in sizes up to 128 MB, and a sub-version, Memory Stick Select allows two banks of 128 MB to be on the same card. An 8 GB card was unveiled at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, but according to Sony the Memory Stick Pro has a maximum potential size of 32 GB.

The Memory Stick is defined in the minds of many by its proprietary nature, as the majority of portable devices that use it are Sony and Sony Ericsson devices. The significant third-party licensees that make Memory Sticks are SanDisk and Lexar. In spite of its proprietary nature (or because of Sony's continuing support for the format), the Memory Stick has outlived almost all other strictly proprietary flash memory formats, and has a longevity comparable only to CompactFlash and Secure Digital (SD).

Stii bine ca ai inteles ce am zis, si eu ca am inteles ce ai zis tu. Era vorba de compatibilitate. Nu orice Dacie e la fel (Logan nu e totuna cu Solenza, chiar daca ambele sunt Dacii). In fine, bine ca ti-ai gasit.
