care ai cumparat asa ceva pt masina lui?
ce parere aveti de poza de mai jos

din pacate la noi se cumpara tobe, si se cumpara ca arata bine. din intamplare mai sunt unele performante. asta e un adevar.
deci eu as lua dupa performante. poza pe care am pus-o pe iarba, ce era acolo facea 1000$.

Though it seems like one of the most outstanding accessories on a sports car, an exhaust is more than a shining and roaring piece of pipe. The point that I'm trying to make is, this is a complete system that many different kind of parts come together.

Starting from the very beginning, you must ask yourself whether you want only a sporty, good looking pipe at the back of your car, or not only the looks, but a performance that you feel each time you press the accelerator pedal. If you want to do it with a small budget, it is as simple as that:

Take-off the catalytic converter
Buy one of the best brand exhaust
Certainly there is a price for everything, and exhaust tuning is not cheap when you do it the right way. The expensive way takes just a few more steps over that, and some more cash, but its driving joy and the outstanding performance is worth the expense.

Do what you can do to buy the most important part of this system. This is a header what I'm talking about, the part that you get the highest percentage of power during the exhaust system tuning. When you go out to purchase one, it will not be so easy to find a suitable header for your engine, cause this performance part must carry the right know-how and production quality of a brand that you can trust. Make sure that replicas of the famous brands are sold generally, they look the same and you get a power increase, that�s right, but don�t forget that a header that works correctly must not have any welding marks on its pipes until they join together, and the length of these pipes must be equal each other to perform your engine more properly. Maybe this explains why a header is the hardest tuning item to have.
When you take-off the catalytic converter, you must consider to replace it with an adapter pipe or a performance catalytic converter, but never forget that each replacement part in your exhaust system must have the same inner dimension.
Now you reached the most enjoying part of this modification. Exhausts available in single or double sorties, which can be round, oval, square or DTM. Always remember that even if you take-off the catalytic converter, you will see that a good brand performance exhaust will still meet the emission requirements. There is one thing you must pay attention at this point is that performance exhausts come in two different ways: original or universal. If you choose original, that means you don�t have to add anything to mount your exhaust as the original fixings fit perfectly, and this exhaust will probably meet the requirements of your modified engine. The problem with the universal one is, since these type of exhausts can be mounted to the different type of cars, these kind of exhausts doesn�t have hooks to fix them to the right place, you will need some welding work for that.

Eu am pe masina o toba marca asta. Nu ma intrebati de ce am cumparat-o ... long story... un tip avea sa-mi dea niste bani... nu ii avea si uite asa m-am ales cu o toba PowerFull, care nu ma incinta asa de tare la inceput. Nu avea deloc "sport sound", si pe bune nici nu se simte la acceleratie sau putere. Dar dupa ce faci cu ea vreo 2000 km, se mai schimba lucrurile... cel putin din punct de vedere al sound-ului. Acum se aude beton! Masina este un Golf III GTI.
Voinea, cred ca gasesti la tipii aia din Floreasca, Simoni Racing or something.

evacuare completa custom de inox, miam-miam... lucreaza si custom ?

si mie imi scapa pe la flansa dinaintea tobei mici. singurul efect negativ e ca imi toaca nervii si ficatii cu zgomotul

Mare adevar a spus aici, dar pentru asta mai trebuie facut si un CUSTOM ECU Remap. Nu multi se pricep la asta.

recomand pe cei de la Pitesti. sunt mai "Pro" in lucrari. Preturi f. bune si manopera este aproape la 50% fata de cea din bucuresti (cel putin asa a fost pentru clientii trimisi de la mine de la firma). Scot destul de bine oamenii.

Aveti atasata o poza cu o toba borla pe un motor 1.8 T

Poate spun asta ca sa inchida gura celor care si-au pus evacuari pe masina si nu au simtit vreo schimbare in bine dpv al performantelor, sau daca acestea au scazut.


ECU nu se poate reprograma singur. Ar da faliment firmele de chip-tuning daca ar fi asa.

Fusco, ai pus si intermediara?

In legatura cu filtrul ti-am raspuns si pe topicul celalalt. Filtrul conic este mai bun decat cel care se baga in carcasa originala, numai ca este mai cu "dichis" la instalare. Adica daca il pui intr-un loc bun, castigi pe langa sunetul misto (aici K&N e lider detasat) si cativa caluti, insa daca il pui intr-un loc unde nu este aerisit cum trebuie pierzi lejer 5-10 cai cand motorul se incinge (adica in oras, cand mergi cu viteze mici-medii).
Daca vrei sa vezi cum am procedat eu, intra pe topicul cu Alfa 147 Tuning.

In ceea ce priveste scoaterea catalizatorului este cu cantec. Daca masina ta are euro3 (sau mai mare) atunci dupa catalizator mai exista un senzor, iar daca scoti catalizatorul, senzorul va citi date eronate, iar ECU se da peste cap. Rezultatul - consum mai mare, putere mai mica. Solutia este montarea unui catalizator sport, sau sa iti remapeze ECU astfel incat sa nu tina cont de indicatiile ultimului senzor.
Daca masina are Euro2 atunci poti sa-l scoti fara probleme.

A, era sa uit. Dupa ce termini cu modificatul, exista un DYNO la bucuresti. Astfel poti sa-ti faci o idee despre puterea motrului (dar nici acesta nu este litera de lege). Cunosc cazuri cand aceeasi masina cu aceleasi modificari pe un dyno a aratat 101 CP si pe altul 142 CP

Ideea este ca daca masina ta are turbo (si pe deasupra si cu CHIP), din cate am auzit eu, poti sa pui una de vreo 60-65 mm linistit.
Plus ca sunetul este mai macho la o intermediara groasa.
La masinile aspirate este mai dificil. Daca este prea groasa intermediara pierzi mult cuplu la turatii joase-medii.

Oricum si asa este bine, mai subtire sa nu fie ca cea stock.

Buna treaba aicule. Si un compresor axial de avion pe post de turbo si gata treaba.

Eu la tractoras am evacuarea cam de 50-60 mm grosime. M-am speriat cind am vazut de groase sint tevile intre tobe. O sa o masor cind mai ajung prin garaj.

De catalizatoare insa sa nu te atingi !!! A ta este minim euro 3 si e cu belea.
