This team had two advantages. Some were at the origin of Record with the Mégane R26.R in 2008. And they all worked on different phases of the development of New Mégane Trophy.
Finally, after a few control settings and adjustment, an exceptional record with a vehicle from the factory 10 days before D-Day D-Day:

After a restless night by stress, the team is set up. No warm-up lap Hurgon Laurent, the pilot director at the point of Renault Sport, has launched on the circuit the Megane RS Trophy standing start in front of some guests, many journalists and members of the body to regulate the Record.
In his car, Laurent Hurgon declined to see his Chrono scroll to "not to pollute." The Monitor SR is off. No radio.
