Despartirea lui Alonso de McLaren declanseaza nebunia la bursa transferurilor. Evident, in urmatoarea perioada se va specula mult despre viitoarea destinatie a spaniolului, dar si despre numele inlocuitorului sau. Fara sa mai vorbim de efectul de domino pe care-l vor starni miscarile amintite.
Deja bursa zvonurilor s-a pus in miscare. Se spune ca pentru locul lui Fernando la McLaren candideaza cu sanse bune Nico Rosberg (Williams) si Heikki Kovalainen (Renault). A doua �rocada� pare cea mai plauzibila dupa ce Frank Williams a negat ca l-ar lasa sa plece pe Rosberg fie si in conditiile in care-l va castiga pe Fernando.
Nu sunt insa singurele piste. Toyota si Red Bull il vor pe campionul mondial. Prima are si un loc disponibil, dar tot ar mai ramane in discutie cine merge la teamul lui Ron Dennis. Si nu sunt excluse nici surprizele, un Nelson Piquet jr., Timo Glock sau Sebastien Bourdais putand reprezenta solutii interesante in special in ceea ce priveste viitorul. Am citit ca Fernando Alonso ar vrea sa ajunga la Ferrari.
O vrea el, dar trebuie sa vrea si Ferrari. Si din fericire, nu e cazul.

ross brawn a semnat alaltaieri cu honda, in locul lui todt va fi stefano domenicali (todt ramane CEO ferrari, dar nu mai conduce direct echipa de f1), cu nigel stepney stim cu totii ce s-a intamplat
totul e in reconstructie naturala. unde intra schumacher aici? pentru cat timp? in locul cui? massa si kimi formeaza un cuplu foarte bun, echilibrat si care se completeaza bine
schumi e un pilot extraordinar, dar timpul nu iarta pe nimeni si el cred ca a inteles asta.
a mai fost un zvon...ca anul trecut luca a cam fost cel care l-a impins pe schumacher spre retragere, la fel tot el a dorit "schimbarea" promovand alti oameni in locul lui todt si al lui brawn. cat e adevar si cat e minciuna in asta? nu stiu. e posibil ca schumacher sa fie legat inca de un contract dur, sa nu poata alerga in alta parte, iar toata armonia afisata sa fie doar chestie de PR

Pentru ca:de ce zici ca nu ar fi posibila o revenire a lui M. Schumaher la Ferrari ?
"It is clear that I am looking forward to testing. My love for this sport has never faded, and to drive a F1-car is the best you can do as a motorsportsman. It has nothing to do with my decision to retire though, that is irrevocable. I hope I can give Ferrari some support in the preparations for the new season. Next year the electronic aids are banned, therefore my experience could be beneficial and could make sense."

After just a single season in Formula One, 2007 championship runner-up Lewis Hamilton is the sport's most polular driver, according to a poll.
The survey of more than 8500 fans across Europe, conducted by Renault's title sponsor ING, revealed that the 22-year-old Briton is even more polular than the newly crowned world champion Kimi Raikkonen, as well as Hamilton's highly successful McLaren team-mate this year, Fernando Alonso.
Despite double title winner Alonso's immense polularity within Spain, the 2005 and 2006 champion attracted less than ten per cent of the vote, while nearly one third nominated Hamilton as their favourite.

The ING poll also revealed Ayrton Senna as the most revered driver of all time, ahead of the most statistically successful driver in formula one history, Michael Schumacher.
Alongside the ING acclaim, Hamilton has also been awarded the �Autocar Motorsport Award� by the British weekly car magazine.

�Our ambition is still to be in Formula One�
David Richards has confirmed for the first time that Prodrive will definitely not debut in Formula One as planned in 2008.
"There was a dispute about our eligibility," the Briton said in an interview with the German specialist magazine Auto Motor und Sport.
"In addition, the new Concorde agreement has been repeatedly delayed. We asked the FIA to be able to start mid-way through the season: our request was rejected.
"So for 2008 there is not a realistic chance of there being a Prodrive Formula One team," Richards stated.
In April of last year, F1's governing body announced that Banbury-based Prodrive, an outfit famous for its involvement in the World Rally Championship with Subaru, had been selected to become the twelfth and final team in 2008.
But the touted 'customer car' rules have since been the subject of intense controversy in the paddock, moving Richards last month to reveal that a planned link-up with McLaren-Mercedes had been called off.
Richards explained that Prodrive's target now is to debut in 2009, pending the consent of the FIA World Motor Sport Council.
"Secondly, we must wait for the new Concorde. Only then can we fully assess our options," he added.
Richards, former Benetton and BAR boss, said: "Our ambition is still to be in Formula One.
"But there was the risk of legal procedures because we wanted to use a customer car. As a result, our entire business plan was put into doubt.
"So we have chosen to re-group instead of simply race ahead blindly," he explained.

Formula One plans on hold for Prodrive
As reported on Thursday, the fledging Prodrive outfit has scrapped its plans to enter Formula One next season due to ongoing issue with regard to 'customer cars' in Formula One. The team states that it hopes to compete in Formula One in the future. The following is a statement from the team.
Prodrive statement on Formula One
Prodrive would like to take the opportunity to clarify the position regarding its plans to enter the 2008 FIA Formula One World Championship.
Prodrive has always been committed to competing in Formula One with what has become known as a �customer car�. It has been well known that our entry was made on this basis and that our entire business model was built upon this premise.
Over the past 18 months we have put considerable effort into securing an agreement for the supply of cars and engines from McLaren and Mercedes, as well as financial backing from a partner new to the sport.
It was therefore particularly disappointing to face a last minute legal challenge to our entry, when our plans have been public knowledge for over a year.
This legal challenge and continuing delays to the new �Concorde Agreement� represent a fundamental change in circumstances, therefore we must now realistically rule out the possibility of Prodrive being on the grid in 2008.
It is, however, still our ambition to compete in Formula One and we are hopeful that a new �Concorde Agreement� between the FIA, FOA and the teams will provide clarity as to the terms on which this might be possible.
When this new agreement is reached, we will be in a position to consider the extent to which we can adapt our plans for participation in the future.

Set to join Brawn and Button at Honda?
Is Fry working on a Dream Team?
Fernando Alonso spent an entire day at Honda's Brackley factory this week and even had a seat fitting, reports from Germany on Thursday said.
Sport Bild claims that the double world champion, who is still yet to commit to a team for 2008 after splitting with McLaren, is 'nearing an agreement' with the Japanese outfit that recently tabbed Ross Brawn as its new team boss.
It is reported that the first approach to Alonso about possibly joining Honda was made by F1 chief executive Bernie Ecclestone, after the previously Nick Fry-led team embarrassingly netted just six points with its RA107 package this year.
The publication said Alonso would take the place of Rubens Barrichello; the Brazilian veteran who would move to Honda's satellite team Super Aguri in 2008 as Takuma Sato's new team-mate.
Alonso's manager, Luis Garcia Abad, on Thursday was not contactable.
