Cind vad oameni cu studii care critica unele masuri de redresare, FARA a da nici cea mai mica solutie alternativa ( pentru ca oricum nu exista si oricum nu-i duce capul ), ma ia greatza ...

Sunt inaplicabile datorită unui context mai larg. Că în România nu s-a furat numai local, noi să fim sănătoşi. În plus când s-a luat cea mai bună măsură, au apărut nişte declaraţii ciudate cum că numai guvernul nostru ar fi vrut răul polulaţiei. E, pe vremurile astea de criză se îndatorează statele pe zeci de ani şi se îmbogăţesc unii mult mai rău decât sunt.

Totuşi mă bucur că cineva a spus într-un final că soluţia europeană de ieşire din criză prin reducere de consum şi chetuieli nu e fezabilă.

Nu ştiu, nu am crezut că vor lăsa să fie vreo criză până nu am auzit îndemnul general acum vreo 2-3 ani "NU MAI CONSUMŢI!" şi atunci a fost destul de clar că e ceva mai mult decât ştim noi. Practic lipsa consumului în tipul nostru de societate nu putea însemna decât colaps general. La ora actuală eu considerăm că încă stăm bine şi răul maxim nu s-a produs. Partea proastă e că suntem împinşi tot pe drumul ăsta.

Ieri, cu diverse treburi, am fost prin unele hypermarket-uri; era debandada: f multe rafturi incomplete/goale, nu se mai aduceau produse la raft (exceptie, oarecum, produsele alimentare).
De ex. Selgros-ul a facut vanzari record la tigari.
Toate acestea din cauza majorarii tva-ului.........

Eu m-am mutat intr-un bloc complet debransat deci o astfel de lege nu ma afecteaza direct. Sunt insa alte "dureri" precum presiunea fluctuanta la apa rece sau variatiile de tensiune - ca vorbim de macar 80 de centrale termice pe cele 3 scari ale blocului

Eu am apartamentul debransat de vreo 7 ani, am montat centrala pe gaz cu tiraj fortat. Ap meu este "pe colt", deci nu sunt la mijloc sa beneficiez f mult de caldura venita de la vecini. Apoi, tinand cont ca am copii mici si care nu stau doar intr-o singura camera, setez centrala (si robinetii termostatati din camere) sa faca aceiasi temp in toate cele 3 camere, baie, buc, holuri. Iar la noi, iarna, in casa e chiar cald (chiar prea cald pt mine), de ex eu stau in sort si tricou cu maneca scurta.
Deci, in cazul meu si nu numai, e greu de crezut ca beneficiez de ceva caldura de la vecini sau ca au vreo importanta tevile care-mi tranziteaza ap.
Si ar mai fi si altele de spus.

Cu pretul gazului e oarecum similar cu pretul petrolului/carburantilor; statul a privatizat tot (cu spagile de rigoare), iar astia acum nu sunt prosti sa nu mulga cat se poate de mult. Deja am vazut ca productia interna nu conteaza deloc in stabilirea preturilor.
Insa nu numai gazul se va scumpi si orice sistem de incalzire ai avea tot va fi necesara suportarea unei diferente de cost.
In schimb la radet, ceea ce m-a deranjat cel mai tare si cu care nu am fost si nici nu sunt de acord (exceptand lipsa confortului, adica nu pot avea caldura cat vreau si cand vreau) sunt pierderile f mari din retea si incarcarea nesimtita a preturilor, pt a acoperii incompetenta lor si un sistem de distributie deficitar.

The figure is almost incomprehensible: $1,000,000,000,000. One trillion dollars. That's a dozen zeros.

The Congressional Budget Office reports that during the first nine months of fiscal 2010 -- which ends September 30 -- the federal government spent $1 trillion more than it took in. That's another $1 trillion added to a total national debt that stood at just over $13 trillion as of the Fourth of July. (On the bright side, the trillion-dollar nine-month deficit was about $80 billion less red ink than flowed during the same period last year.)

Not so long ago, the idea of a "trillion" anything was so farfetched that it evoked a comic response similar to what the use of the word "gazillion" does today. The 1960s comment attributed to then Senate minority leader (and ever-vigilant deficit hawk) Everett Dirksen -- "A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you're talking about real money" -- seems downright quaint today. (In 1965, the national debt was a paltry $317 billion.)

But, seriously, how much is $1 trillion? To help you wrap your head around that mind-boggling number, and to try to put deficit spending into perspective, consider what $1 trillion will buy, expressed in terms we can all understand:

Trec tevi prin apartament? Trec. Dau caldura? Dau. Debransatii sunt obligati de cel putin 4 ani sa plateasca ceea ce degajeaza tevile. Caldura lor e calculata in proiectul de debransare dupa lungime si diametru.
